Eligibility for Returns
Since our products are custom-made just for you, we only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The product received is incorrect or not as described.
- There was a printing or manufacturing error.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order with the following information:

- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Buyer’s preference changes
